The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program that helps customers with home heating needs. The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services administers the grant program and provides assistance that does not need to be repaid. If you qualify for these grants, the funds can be applied directly to your Peoples account.
